Upchurch Services was fantastic all around, from the initial contact through the actual work by the plumber. Their plumbers even made 2 trips to a hardware store to pick up essential parts to fix our shower.

Fast response to a broken sewer line call. Jeremy and Phillip made a quick assessment of what was needed to do the repair. They wore face masks and booties when in the house. Much appreciated.

Helpful information for the future

Donald was very professional but was put in the defensive by the unexpected high charge. I was told on the phone the diagnostic fee would be waived if work was done. Not even the 15% off I received from his boss can take the sting out of $275 for a 30 min job that required no parts beyond those I supplied.
